The service was excellent. I called for a same day appointment, and he scheduled me in at the end of his day. His repair was fast, and expert. He explained all charges. Jay even checked out the entire system to make sure it was evenly watering the yard. He offered his opinion on what watering times would work better for my lawn. I highly recommend Jay and his professional, experienced sprinkler repair services.

I had a constant leak on a low elevation sprinkler head. I though I had a valve stuck open and needed to replace it. Before I started that project, I had Jay take a look. Within minutes, he figured out the problem - a root was in my sprinkler head & had cut the funny pipe leading to the sprinkler. Problem solve in just over an hour. I highly recommend this sprinkler repair service. Honest. Was really easy to schedule with this company to have a technician come out to look at my issue.This was a tricky issue with a bad wiring that I never would have figured out myself and not sure others would have either. Was very honest. Did not sell me a part I did not need when the bad wire was discovered. Great service and got my system back up and watering quickly.

So I called 3 other places and Sprinkler Master was the only one that actually answered the phone. Jay came on time (at 7:30am, which is awesome!) and got the job done. He fixed the broken area and then went through and straightened all my heads, cleaned out filters, and basically made everything perfect. He is the man! I would highly recommend this company.
